What are your minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities vary by the path you choose: Wholesale starts at 24 units, White Label at 50 units. Custom projects are quoted individually based on scope.
How long does production take?
Most orders are ready in roughly 12 to 14 business days. That clock starts once your label and box artwork are approved, so the sooner we lock that in, the sooner production begins.
Can I use my own packaging?
It depends on the path. Wholesale ships in our standard packaging, White Label lets you select from available options, and Custom projects can use packaging you source or supply yourself.
Do you offer label design?
Yes. We offer label design for a small additional fee, or you're welcome to supply your own print-ready artwork if you already have a designer.
What does a custom sample cost?
A custom sample is $29.99 plus shipping, with a 3 to 5 day formulation turnaround. We keep it simple and skip the heavy R&D fees some manufacturers charge.
